Your Sunglasses Guarantee

To give you peace of mind, all our sunglasses are covered by our comprehensive 1 year guarantee. This applies to any genuine manufacturer defect that may occur in your sunglasses and covers all parts and all types of defects or failures should they occur. 

Our guarantee doesn't cover accidental breakages or scratched lenses that result from mis-use. If a frame is irreparable and no longer covered by your guarantee, you can take advantage of our Recycle Forever service and receive a discount off a brand new pair.  

If you would like to make a claim under your guarantee, please email us at contact@eco-beach.co.uk with a note of:

• Your name
• Your order number
• The reason for your claim

For valid claims, we will replace your sunglasses with free of charge.  Please note, we cannot offer refunds beyond the 30 day returns period.
